Cleaning
Make sure that the plug is not inserted into the socket when cleaning.
Filters
Check the filter every 2 weeks after use. If necessary, you should remove dust from the filter with a vacuum cleaner.
Casing
Clean the casing with a slightly damp cloth (and possibly with a neutral detergent)
Warranty
The warranty period is 2 years and commences on the date of purchase. During the warranty period, Eltra NV will rectify
any defects due to material or manufacturing faults. Eltra NV is not obliged to replace devices if the fault is a result of
damage, inappropriate use, modification or adaptation made after the date of purchase. Wear and tear on the blade is
not included in the warranty.
Take the defective device, together with the original receipt, back to the shop where the device was purchased.
Always include a note describing the problem.
Damage
Eltra NV may not under any circumstances whatsoever be held responsible for damage of whatever kind if the device
was not correctly installed according to the specified installation instructions, or for any damage as a result of
unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, lightning strikes, etc. Any resulting costs will consequently be at
the sole expense of the buyer and are not covered by the conditions of the warranty.

As the underpressure of the condensate drain pan is high, tilt the drain
hose downwards towards the floor. The slope should be more than 20
