When you enter the password and click 'OK', you are able to set the Admin Password and Authentication
keys.
The Authentication keys allow you to secure the data on your CSM3NET unit.
When an 'Access Key' is configured, you can only mount the CSM3NET when you have this access key.
When an 'R/W Key' is configured, you can mount the CSM3NET with read rights, but you will need the R/W
key to write to the CSM3NET.
On the page 'Bandwidth', you can see the current used bandwidth of the CSM3NET. You can also set a
limitation to the maximum allowed bandwidth on the CSM3NET.
On the page 'Advanced', you can set the 'Power Save' mode. When the 'Power Save' mode is activated,
the harddisk in the CSM3NET will go to sleep mode when the inactivity time is reached.
You can also perform a firmware upgrade of the network chip through the 'Maintenance' section on the
'Advanced'. Please visit www.conceptronic.net to check for a new version.
Note:
The firmware upgrade option is ONLY for the network part of the CSM3NET and NOT for the media
player functionality!
Through the 'S.M.A.R.T' option in the 'Maintenance' section, you can see the health status of the
CSM3NET harddisk.
