A = pipe with hollow part L= 1.0 m
B = curve
G = flexible pipe connection flange
H = flexible pipe
Q = gear motor unit
STEP 1:
• Secure the pipe (A) with the hollow part (*), facing upwards,
to the curved pipe (B) using the M6X20 screws and M6 nuts
supplied.
• Position and secure the collar (W) to the pipe (A) at 120 -
140 mm from the joining point of A and B.
STEP 2:
• Slip the flexible spiral (**)already cabled to the gear motor
unit (Q), inside the pipes (A + B) previously assembled, until
the flange of pipe B is coupled with that of the gear motor unit.
STEP 3:
• Complete the operation by securing the gear motor unit (Q)
to the pipes (A + B) using the M6X20 screws and the M6 nuts
supplied.
STEP 4:
• Secure the flexible pipe connection flange (G) and the flexible
pipe (H) to the boiler as indicated on the technical data sheets
of the hoppers.
STEP 5:
• Represents the screw feeder assembled from the external
hopper to the boiler.
