- Select "QUICK BREAD" to bake quick
bread. Use baking powder instead of
baking yeast.
- Select "CAKE" to bake cake. Use baking
powder instead of baking yeast.
- Select "BAKE" to bake for only 1 hour
when the bread, the quick bread or the
cake is not finished yet.
Baking mode: "BASIC" / "RAPID" / "FAST
BAKE"
• Press "MENU" 1x to bake white bread.
• The digital display (9) indicates "1".
• Press "MENU" 2x to bake sweet bread.
The digital display (9) indicates "2".
• Press "MENU" 3x to bake French bread.
The digital display (9) indicates "3".
• Press "MENU" 4x to bake whole-wheat
bread, rye bread, etc. The digital display
(9) indicates "4".
Note! If both bread pans are used, the left
bread pan and the right bread pan can be
used for making different types of bread.
The appliance has the following preset
combinations:
- Left: "WHITE" (1) / Right: "WHITE" (1)
- Left: "WHITE" (1) / Right: "SWEET" (2)

The digital display (9) indicates "1".

dough. The digital display (9) indicates "2".
• Press "MENU" 3x to make pizza dough.
The digital display (9) indicates "3".
• Press "MENU" 4x to make bagel dough.
The digital display (9) indicates "4".
Note! If both bread pans are used, the left
bread pan and the right bread pan can be
used for making different types of dough.

• Press "MENU" 1x to make jam. The digital
display (9) indicates "1".
• Press "MENU" 2x to bake quick bread.
• The digital display (9) indicates "2".
• Press "MENU" 3x to bake cake. The digital
display (9) indicates "3".
• Press "MENU" 4x to bake for only 1 hour
when the bread, the quick bread or the
cake is not finished yet. The digital display
(9) indicates "4".
Note! If both bread pans are used, the left
bread pan and the right bread pan can not be
used for different baking modes.
Note! If the last possible setting has been
reached, it is still possible to adjust the setting.
Press "MENU" to go back to the first possible
setting.
Setting the roast colour (fig. B)
The roast colour can be set using the
"COLOR" button (14). The roast colour can be
set to the following settings:
• Press "COLOR" 1x to set a medium roast
colour. The digital display (9) indicates
"MEDIUM".
• Press "COLOR" 2x to set a light roast
colour. The digital display (9) indicates
"LIGHT".
• Press "COLOR" 3x to set a dark roast
colour. The digital display (9) indicates
"DARK".
Note! The roast colour can only be set with
the following baking modes: "BASIC" / "RAPID".
Note! If both bread pans are used, the left
bread pan and the right bread pan can be set
to different roast colours. The appliance has
the following preset combinations:
- Left: "MEDIUM" / Right: "MEDIUM"
- Left: "MEDIUM" / Right: "LIGHT"
- Left: "MEDIUM" / Right: "DARK"
