3.3. Motor/tube assembly
1) Slide the motor into the roller tube.
For smooth roller tubes, position the notch previously cut on
the crown.
2) Fix the roller tube to the drive wheel with 4 x Ø 5 mm self-
tapping screws or 4 steel pop rivets of Ø 4.8 mm located:
- at least 5 mm from the far end of the drive wheel: L1 - 5,
and
- no more than 15 mm from the far end of the drive wheel.
N.B.: the screws or pop rivets must only be attached to the
drive wheel and not to the motor.
3.4. Fitting the adjustment pull tabs (optional)
The motor can be supplied, optionally, with two adjustment pull
tabs. These pull tabs can be used to operate the adjustment
push-buttons when they are not accessible.
- Remove the protective housing.
- Fit the pull tabs on the motor head.
Caution! The protective housing cannot be refitted when using
these pull tabs.
3.5. Fitting the emergency crank
Fit the crank handle onto the motor head.
3.6. Fitting the motorised tube
- Mount the motorised tube on the end bracket.
- Mount the motorised tube on the motor bracket.
3.7. Wiring
- Switch off the power supply.
- Connect the motor according to the information in the table
below:
