STEP 7 - TIGHTEN THE LOAD LIFTER STRAPS
1.
Hold the load lifter strap above each
shoulder strap.
2.
Pull this strap forward. Stop when you feel
the load lift off your shoulders.
The load lifters straps are designed to lift pressure
off the top of your trapezius muscles. This reduces
fatigue and increases carry comfort. If you over-
tighten the load lifters, it puts more pressure on
the front of your chest. There should be no gaps
between the shoulder strap and your shoulder.
If there is a gap, loosen the load lifters.
