Operation
1.
Plug the power plug into the wall socket. The power indicator lights up to
indicate that the unit is connected to the power.
2.
Use the temperature controller to set the desired temperature. See section
"Temperature and Function Selection".
3.
Set the timer to the desired cooking time.
Note: The cooking process can be interrupted at any time by turning the timer
control anti-clockwise to "0".
4.
Allow the appliance and the pizza stone to preheat for about 12 minutes. For
a crispier crust, allow the pizza oven to preheat for 5 extra minutes before
baking the first pizza and 3-4 minutes between each pizza.
Note: Preheat the pizza stone together with the appliance for cooking frozen
snacks, pizzas, etc. For the preparation of more delicate baked goods, do not
preheat the pizza stone. Instead, place the pizza stone in the oven with the food
at the beginning of the cooking time.
5.
Open the door and pull out the pizza stone with the handle. Place the food in
the centre of the pizza stone and close the door. Set the timer to the desired
cooking time.
Note: If you do not place the pizza or other food in the centre of the pizza stone,
it will not cook evenly
6.
At the end of the cooking time, the appliance beeps, which means the timer
has expired.
7.
Remove the pizza stone from the pizza oven using oven mitts or oven gloves.
Place it on a heat-resistant surface. Always take care when removing hot food
from the pizza oven
8.
DO NOT unplug the appliance immediately after finishing cooking, as the
appliance is still very hot inside and the cooling system may need a few
minutes to cool down. Do not unplug the appliance until it has cooled down
completely.
