CLEANING AND CARE

Note: This product does not contain any user serviceable parts. Before cleaning
the appliance and appliance parts, make sure that the oven is switched off,
disconnected from the mains and completely cooled down. The heating
elements must NOT be cleaned.
1. Clean the door with a sponge, soft cloth or nylon sponge with washing-up
liquid and water. Do not use glass cleaner spray.
2. Clean the stainless steel parts with a sponge, soft cloth or nylon sponge with
washing-up liquid and water. You can use a non-bleaching cleaner to polish
and buff the stainless steel.
3. The pizza stone is only dishwasher safe if handled carefully. However, it is
recommended to clean it with washing-up liquid and water and a polyester or
nylon sponge instead. The pizza stone discolours over time, but this does not
affect its use.
4. Due to the intense heat inside the oven, a slight yellowing of the oven door
may occur over time. A mild, bleach-free detergent can be used to clean the
surface so that it looks like new again. Use these cleaners only for the outer
surfaces of the oven.
5. After prolonged use, components of the appliance may fade. This is normal
and should not affect the baking results.
