To enable/disable the display backlight, press briefly

To change the measurement unit, press and hold

5.3 Continuous measurement and extreme
values

Use

Press and hold

Aim the meter at the target objects to which the distance is to
be measured.

In the continuous measurement mode, the meter records the
values every 0.5 s. The minimum (MIN) and maximum (MAX)
values are shown in the upper and middle part of the display.
The current reading appears at the bottom of the display.

To end the measurement, briefly press

records 500 measurements.
