Air restriction/inadequate air flow through quick disconnect socket
and plug.
Worn piston O-ring.
Damaged pusher spring.
Low air pressure.
Wrong size fasteners.
Broken/chipped driver.
Dry/dirty magazine.
Worn magazine.
Wrong size fasteners.
Bent fasteners.
Broken/chipped driver.
Correction
Replace trigger valve assembly.
Check air supply equipment.
Check air supply equipment.
Replace O-rings/seals.
Replace trigger assembly.
Disassemble nose/driver to clean.
Replace quick disconnect fittings.
Replace O-ring, check driver.
Replace spring.
Check air supply system to tool.
Use only recommended fasteners.
Replace driver (check piston O-ring).
Clean/lubricate use Air Tool Lubricant.
Replace magazine.
Use only recommended fasteners.
Discontinue using these fasteners.
Replace driver.
