Scope
The purpose of this document is to provide all critical details of the 350P Trainer User Manual- Spanish, H036-019-103
supplied by any approved printed material supplier. This document will include Details of the product, Bill of Materials,
Drawings of components, the Specification, Shipping & Handling Requirements, Goods in Acceptance Criteria, Certificate of
Conformance. This document shall provide references to Supplier Processes, Risk documents and Validation Records;
where applicable.
Responsibility
HeartSine Technologies and any approved printed material supplier shall populate this template in tandem to ensure all
critical information is documented.
1. Detail of Product(s)
This section shall briefly describe the product and its intended use within HeartSine Ltd.
A Trainer User Manual is an Instruction for Use (IFU) that our end customers will receive and use for the operation of the
HeartSine Trainer devices. The Trainer User Manuals are language specific. The manuals will be supplied by any approved
printed material supplier.
2. Bill of Materials
This section shall provide a list of raw materials or each individual component and the quantities of each needed to
manufacture the final product.

This section shall provide design specifications and a schematic drawing and/or product images that visually illustrate the
product and its individual components.
