MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY

– Please remember that the safety-related components on your bike have a „damage
memory" (accidents, excessive force) that adds up over time. CUBE products are tes-
ted above and beyond the minimum legal standards. However, parts are still subject to
wear and tear and should be replaced without delay. Damaged parts, especially axles,
should always be replaced, not straightened, to prevent them from failing unexpectedly
and causing serious injury or death as the result of an accident.
– The CUBE AM and Slasher pedals are virtually maintenance free. The bearings are
coated in a grease designed to last the lifetime of the bearing. If the bearings become
worn after a long period of use or following crashes, they must be replaced.
– Do not use a pressure washer to clean your pedals!
– Please note: These pedals do not comply with the German Road Traffic Act (StVO) and
are exclusively for use on private land.

LIABILITY FOR MATERIAL DEFECTS
– Sports Equipment ACS GmbH & Co. KG provides a 12-month legal warranty covering all
defects in materials or manufacturing faults from the date of purchase. Conditions: All
components must be assembled and used in accordance with the instructions.
The original invoice must be provided.
The warranty applies to the original purchaser of the pedals only. The warranty is
non-transferable and is not valid for subsequent owners.
