WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Dear Customer, thank you for choosing one of our products. Acqua Brevetti uses cutting-edge
technologies with automated construction design and finishing processes, thus creating an excellent
relationship between performance and ease of use, minimizing the environmental impact. Product
registration is optional and, therefore, does not constitute a necessary condition for the enjoyment
of the warranty right established by law. Acqua Brevetti respects your privacy. For further details,
please see our Privacy Statement.

LEGAL GUARANTEE

Acqua Brevetti SRL (hereinafter also referred to as the manufacturer) provides the legal guarantee
according to Directive 99/44/EC on its products.
The beneficiaries of the guarantee are exclusively consumers, meaning those who use Acqua
Brevetti products for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity.
The duration of the guarantee is 24 months from the date of purchase certified by a tax document
or a document of equivalent value.
The guarantee covers the Acqua Brevetti product and its components.
The guarantee does not cover defects on the Acqua Brevetti product that:
1. depend on incorrect installation of the product;
2. are the result of use that does not comply with the instructions, of tampering or a consequence of
incorrect maintenance of the product;
3. arise from normal wear;
4. concern non-functional aspects or affect the aesthetics of the product;
5. have been caused by external factors such as, for example, malfunctions of the electricity or water
network, natural events, vandalism or other events of force majeure;
6. are caused by the product or equipment in which they have been incorporated or to which they
have been connected;
7. depend on

guarantee for the consumer.
How to activate the warranty
There are 3 possibilities to activate the Acqua Brevetti warranty:
4. Use the smartphone to frame the QR Code shown on the product label.
5. Connect to the website
menu and then "Warranty Registration"
6. Download the Acqua Brevetti App and enter the "Warranty Activation" item.
In all 3 modes, a page will open where you can enter with your personal data and the SN (serial
number) of the purchased product.
At the end of the procedure, click on "SEND" and wait for a reply message to receive at the email
address entered during registration.
