INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
C-FL-A-FLW Series
MOUNTING USING 2" ADJUSTABLE FITTER
NOTE: Fixture is intended to be mounted on 2-3/8" (60 mm) O.D.
heavy wall pipe or tenon.
1.
Remove (2) screws holding fitter cover in place. Remove fitter
cover to expose splice chamber of fitter.
2.
Route supply leads through end of mounting pipe or tenon,
through open end of fitter, and into splice compartment of fitter.
3.
Slip lower fitter over pipe or tenon, being careful not to pinch any
leads.
4.
Strain relief is required for electrical connections in 2" adjustable
fitter mounts at heights of 25' (7.6 m) and above. Tie a knot in the
supply wires above the hole form the lower fitter into the splice
chamber to reduce the strain on the connections. Make sure the
knot will not slip through the hole.
5.
Aim fixture by rotating on pipe or tenon to desired direction.
Securely tighten (2) Allen head set screws on fitter to 140 in-lbs
(16 N-m).
6.
See Wattage and Color Temperature Settings section to set
wattage and CCT.
7.
Wire as indicated in Electrical Connections section.
8.
Loosen (DO NOT REMOVE) the bolt holding the two halves of the
fitter together. Tilt fixture to desired angle and re-tighten bolt to 19
ft-lbs (25 N-m).
9.
Carefully tuck all leads and splices into splice chamber and
replace cover. Re-tighten screws to 25 in-lbs (3 N-m).
WATTAGE AND COLOR TEMPERATURE SETTINGS
NOTE: Factory Settings Are 100% Wattage And 4000K.
1.
Remove the selector switch cap on the side of the fixture housing
using a large straight blade screwdriver. See Figure 2.
