10. TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
1. When trying to dis-
pense sparkling water,
only gas comes out.
2. The equipment
does not work pro-
perly.
3. The display shows
an error.
4. The equipment
makes noise.
5. The drip tray is
filled with water.

COMMENT
It can occur when more than 1 litre of spar-
kling water is dispensed rapidly.

E1 - Temperature probe is open.
E2 - Temperature probe is shorted.
E3 - Temperature below -3°C.
E4 - Pump protection.
E5 - Compressor protection.
If the equipment makes a prominent noise,
it is necessary to close the gas and water
inlets.
This is normal. Condensation is generated
inside the equipment due to the cold sys-
tem, which is then taken to the drip tray.
SOLUTION
1) Wait 2 minutes for the pump to stop.
2) If the pump does not stop and the
problem persists, close the CO2 inlet,
relieve the pressure through the dis-
penser, and wait a few minutes.
Unplug the equipment and restart it af-
ter 5 minutes.
Call the Technical Service.
Call the technical service to replace the
probe.
Unplug the equipment and restart it af-
ter 10 minutes.
Check the water inlet of the equipment.
Unplug the equipment and restart it af-
ter 10 minutes. If the problem persists,
call the Technical Service.
Call the Technical Service.
Empty the tray regularly.
