A. Regarding the Device
If a problem arises with the InBody970, you may first attempt to check the 'FAQ' in the Administrator Menu. The
InBody970 can help you diagnose and solve some problems. If your problem cannot be resolved through the
'FAQ', please refer to the possible solutions below.
Question
Power does not turn on.

Insert the power plug completely into a grounded 3-socket outlet.

When using a power strip, the power will not turn on when the power

switch of the power strip is turned off. Check the power strip with the power
cable connected.
The problem may occur if the power cord is not completely plugged into

the adapter. Insert the power cord completely into the adapter.
The problem may occur if you are using the power adapter that is not provided

by InBody. Always connect a power adapter (DC 12V, 3.4A/3.34A) provided
by InBody.
