- the electrical cable or the plug are damaged.
Do not immerse the electrical cable or the plug in water.
Keep them away from hot surfaces.
Do not leave the electrical cable dangling from the edge of work surfaces or tables.
Do not use this machine near sinks or on wet surfaces.
DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE

The component parts of the machine are:
1 - Electric pasta machine
2 - Pasta hopper
3 - Handle
Accessories:
4 - "Simplex roll and cut equipment"
SAFETY DEVICES
The machine is fitted with a mechanical safety device consisting of two fixed supports which sup-
port n. 5 rods that facilitate the entry of the sheet ensuring the safety of the user.
IN AN EMERGENCY.
To stop the machine turn the master switch to position "0".
ATTENTION!
NEVER TAMPER WITH THE SAFETY DEVICES DO NOT NEUTRALISE OR ALTER THE PROTECTIVE
SYSTEMS.
If you find a malfunction of the machine, turn it off immediately using the switch "0", remo-
ve the plug from the socket and contact your Authorized Dealer (see warranty details below).
USE OF THE PASTA MACHINE

BEFORE USE: follow the instructions described in the paragraph "Cleaning and main-tenance"
1 - Place the machine on a suitable surface.
2 - Attach the pasta hopper (A) to the supports (C1) upwards.
3 - Plug in the machine and turn the master switch to position "I".
4 - The dough must be kept at room temperature.
5 - After turning the regulator knob (P) clockwise until it is in position "10", insert a part of the pre-
viously prepared dough between the protection rods (A1) until you reach the machine's pull-sheet
rollers; it is necessary that the dough is lightly smoothed by hand before inserting it between the
protective rods to facilitate entry and obtain a first shaping of the sheet.
ATTENTION!
Do not use knives or other utensils which might damage the rollers.
IT IS EXPRESSLY FORBIDDEN: Apply pressure to the pasta to facilitate its insertion between
the protection rods (A1) with improper tools.
