mounting at regular intervals.

or has suffered deformation due to impacts. In this case it must be

How to sharp saw chain
1. Have the saw chain sharpened professionally at an authorised service
centre or sharpen the chain yourself by using a proper sharpening kit.
Also observe the sharpening instructions supplied with the sharpening
kit.

depth. When sharpening the saw chain you have to consider the
