Expert inspection is required:
a) If the lawn mower strikes an object.
b) If the motor stops suddenly
c) If the blade is bent (do not align!)
d) If the motor shaft is bent (do not align!)
f) If the gears are damaged.
g) If the V-belt is defective.
Replacing and sharpening the mowing blade at the end of the mowing season
always sharpen the mowing blade or, if required, replace the mowing blade with
a new one. Always have the mowing blade sharpened or replaced by a customer
service center (measurement of imbalance).
Unbalanced blades will cause the lawn mower to vibrate violently-risk of
accident!
Replacing the blade (Fig. 13)
Caution: Wear working gloves. Use a spanner to unscrew the plastic nut in
anticlockwise and remove the blade to replace it by a new one. Tighten the
nut in clockwise direction.
Check of grass box and any damaged parts.
Check the grass box for signs of wear at more frequent intervals.
Replace any worn-out or damaged parts.
For any repair work, please contact our Service Department.
Only use original spare parts for maintenance.
The element exposed to heaviest wear is the blade. Check the condition of the
blade and its fixture at regular intervals. When the blade is worn out it must be
