Cleaning and maintenance
WARNING!
• Always turn off and unplug the unit from the power
supply before cleaning.
• Never immerse the unit in water or any other liquid.
• When cleaning the unit, never use abrasive products,
metal brushes, scourers, wire sponges or sharp
utensils.
• Regularly clean your unit and keep it dust free to reduce the
need for repairs and ensure product longevity.
• Clean the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Make sure that no liquid
enters the inside of the unit.
• If you do not plan on using the unit for a long period of time,
we recommend storing it in its original packaging in a cool, dry
place, away from direct sunlight, dust and excessive dirt.
Troubleshooting

Possible Cause

charged.
• The battery indicator
light is not lit while
charging.
• It has not been
charged for enough
time.
• The battery is old.

Solution
• Fully charge the battery.
• Make sure the external device being
used to charge the unit is connected
to the mains and/or turned on.
• Check the speaker is turned on.
• If the unit is still not working, get it
checked by a qualified technician.
• Fully charge the battery as indicated in
the charging section.
• Ask a qualified technician to install a
new battery.
