Prior to commissioning
Water vacuuming with wet vacuuming set
• Fit the bumper into the end of the pipe on the tilting chassis
and tighten the star screws.
• Lift off the vacuum lid.
Check that the float housing is properly mount-
ed and the machine is ready for correct clean-
ing method, if not:
• Remove the insert for dry vacuuming and the double filter
paper sack.
• Remove any residual dirt from the tank.
• Insert the float housing back into place.
The intake must be in the center of the two central steel
guide bars of the float insert.
• Re-assemble the machine as shown
here:

Notice:
Check that the vacuum lid is lying correctly on the
tank.
• Assemble the wet suction set.
• Attach the suction hose (squeegee) to the intake.
Wet vacuuming with the Fixomat squeegee
(option)
• Push the levers that connect the tub
to the tilting frame outwards.
• Hold the carrying handle on the side
and remove the tank from the tilting
chassis.
• Mount the holder for the Fixomat
squeegee onto the tilting chassis.
• Remount the tank onto the tilting
chassis and push the locking levers
inwards.
• Push the squeegee holder into the
specified opening and latch it into
place.
The Fixomat squeegee is in the park-
ing position.
• Mount the squeegee and tighten the
fixation screws.
The fixation screws must be posi-
tioned above the squeegee holder.
• Connect the intake and the Fixomat squeegee using the
suction hose.
• Lift and push the Fixomat squeegee holder to the stop at
the rear and lower the Fixomat squeegee.
The Fixomat squeegee is in the working position.

Dry vacuuming
Notice:
This machine must never be operated without the
filter cloth.
Notice:
The Fixomat squeegee is unsuitable for dry suction
use.
Notice:

Check that the filter basket is properly mount-
ed, and the machine is ready for the correct
cleaning method, if not:
• Remove the float housing.
• Remove any residual dirt from the tank.
• Clean the tank with water and leave it to dry.
• Insert the filter cloth with ring.
• Re-assemble the machine as shown
here:
