2.2 Intended use

The SMP12 Smart Pyranometer can be used to measure and report the following data:
– Solar radiation
– Temperature of the sensor body
– Internal moisture
– Inclination angle from the horizontal
4 Use the SMP12 Smart Pyranometer only as described in the operating manual. Any other use is prohibited.

2.3 Target group and qualification

4 Only install and maintain the product if you have the corresponding qualifications.
4 Obtain training from OTT HydroMet if necessary.

2.4 Installation and maintenance in high places

When the product is installed and maintained in high places, special safety measures must be taken to avoid
personal injury.
