2. STARTING THE MASSAGE
Press the power button to start the massage and the massage chair will automatically

move to the reclining position.
The user's body shape is automatically detected so that the massage chair can adjust to

suit the relevant body shape. (You can press the Massage Area button to skip the automat-
ic detection process and automatically switch to the default massage programme).
Fine adjustment of the shoulder position – if the detected position differs from the actual

shoulder position, adjust the chair to the correct position with the up or down button. (You
can skip this step by pressing the Massage Area button).
Switch to massage status and enjoy the massage.

BUTTON DESCRIPTION
Quick massage: quickly carries out all massage effects.
Comfort massage: relaxation for muscles and bones promotes
blood flow.
Light massage: gentle and pleasant deep massage, helps with
physical exhaustion and relaxes the body.
Full body massage: deep tissue massage to restore body vitality.
Shoulder and neck massage: focuses on the shoulders and neck.
Back and waist massage: focuses on the back and waist.
Stretching massage: the chair moves up and down in tandem with
the massage robot.
Recovery from sporting activity: fast recovery after physical activ-
ity.
