Air-conditioning system
According to the experts, the ideal temperature for storing wine is around 12 °C. Not
to be confused with the temperature of use, which varies between 5 °C and 22 °C
depending on the nature of the wine.
It is especially important to avoid sudden temperature changes. Designed by experts for
wine lovers, this appliance, unlike a simple refrigerator, takes into account the sensitivity
of Grand Cru wines to sudden temperature changes by ensuring the precise control of a
constant average temperature.
Anti vibration system
The cooling compressor is equipped with special dampers (silent blocks) and the interior
is insulated from the housing by a thick layer of polyurethane foam. These dampers
prevent the transmission of vibrations to your wines.
Anti-UV system
Light accelerates the ageing of the wine. Solid doors naturally protect your wines, on
condition, of course, that the door is not opened too often. This model with a glass door
has been specially treated to filter out harmful UV rays so that your wines are perfectly
protected.
Automatic defrost
Your appliance is equipped with an automatic defrost cycle. At the end of a cooling
cycle, the cooling surfaces of the appliance are automatically defrosted. The
defrost water is fed into a defrost water evaporation tray located on the back of the
appliance near the compressor. The heat generated by the compressor evaporates the
condensation water collected in the tray.
