Salamandra is an appliance designed for grilling, cooking, heating and warm holding by means of heating
elements.
2 VERSION AVAILABLE:
• Heated upper plate (chap. 5.1-5.2)
• Heated upper and lower plate (chap. 5.3-5.4)
You can adjust heating by making the upper plate slide upwards or downwards.
NOTE - The closer the food is to the cooking plate, the higher is the heating power.

ON / OFF
T1 = START/STOP
T2 = To select: COOKING / HOLDING / GRATIN + HOLDING
T3 = To select COOKING ZONE
5.2 • FUNCTIONS - OPTIONS - UPPER HEATING PLATE
1. Turn on the appliance with ON/OFF. Green led
light is on.
2. Pushing T2 you can select 3 different modes.
The led lights all around the appliance indicate
the mode selected.
• COOKING - TIME SETTING
The white led light of button T2, indicated by the
watch, is on.
You can set cooking time by rotating the knob.
Max time is 20 minutes. On the display, you can
see time set.
Place your dish on the working plate of your
appliance.
