Installing the bulb

• Before installing the bulb, set the main switch to "OFF"
and disconnect all electrical cables.
1. Using the provided Allen wrench, release the lamp housing
cover ②. (Fig. 13)
2. Press the spring clips ③ of the lamp holder and insert the
halogen bulb into the holes ④. (Fig. 14)
3. Release the spring clips to lock the bulb in place
• Do NOT touch the bulb with the bare hands: this could
reduce the lamp efficiency and lifetime.
4. Once installed the bulb, put the lamp housing cover into its
original position and lock the screw ②.

Connecting the power cord

1. Turn the main switch ① to "OFF" before connecting the
power cord. (Fig. 15)
2. Insert the plug of the provided power supply into the power
socket of the microscope. (Fig. 16)
