8 Installation
1. Connect the connecting cable (2) between the IoT gateway "device" and the network device or system
network.
1. Connect the connecting cable (3) between the IoT gateway "cloud" and the internet/cloud.
2. Connect the connecting cable (1) between the IoT gateway and the power supply:
·
red: 24 V DC
·
blue: 0 V
·
yellow: functional earth
The power supply must be supplied via a suitable variable power supply: a Festo Didactic tabletop power
supply unit or a comparable PELV power supply, current-
must be connected to the earth potential of the power source.
