9 Maintenance and cleaning
Festo Didactic systems and components are to a great extent maintenance-free. The following components
should be cleaned at regular intervals with a soft, lint-free cloth or brush:

The lenses on the opto sensors, the fiber optics and the reflectors
·
The active area of the proximity sensors
·
The entire component/the system
with a soft, lint-free cloth or brush.
Do not use any aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents.
