10. Using the microscope in Fluorescence

10.1 Use in single fluorescence
1. Turn on the main switch ① on the back side of the fluores-
cence control box. (Fig. 24)
2. Move the ON-OFF switch ② on the front panel of the fluores-
cence control box in the "ON" position. (Fig. 25)
3. Press one of the LED selection keys ③ to activate the de-
sired light. (Fig. 26)
4. Once activated, the indicator LED ④ lights up.
5. The LED light within the fluorescence light source, related to
the selected LED (U, B, G or R) lights up.
6. The LED light intensity level ⑤ of the selected LED lights up.
