7. Rotate the fluorescence filter turret ⑥ to insert into the light
path the fluorescence filter corresponding to the activated
LED. (Fig. 28)
8. Focus the specimen using the focus knobs on the micro-
scope.
9. While observing in the eyepieces increase or decrease the
fluorescence light intensity using the "+" or "-" keys ⑦. (Fig.
29).
10. The numbers "10", "20", "40", "60", 80" or "100" ⑧ on will turn
on or off according to the selected light intensity. (Fig. 30)
11. Begin the fluorescence observation.
