Faults and troubleshooting

Problem
The touch
keys 15 / 16 do
not illuminate. No
vapor is released.
The Power touch
key flashes ten
times and turns
off. No vapor is
released.
The vapor smells.
The Power touch
key illuminates. No
vapor is released.
Only a small
amount of vapor is
released.
Possible cause
The power cable with
power plug 9 has
not been inserted
properly.
The product is
switched off.
There is no water in
the water tank 2
The product is new.
The water in the water
tank is not clean.
The water level in the
control unit 3 is too
high.
The water is not clean
or has been allowed to
stand for too long.
Solution
− Insert the power cable with power
plug in the socket.
− Press the Power touch key
− Fill the water tank with water.
.
− Clean the water tank.
− Replace the water tank if the prob-
lem persists.
− Pull the power cable with power
plug.
− Remove the water tank from the
control unit and pour some water
out of the control unit.
− Tighten the water tank cap
− Change the water in the water
tank.
