Faults may only be searched and resolved by qualified specialist personnel.

Cause
Faulty fuse (control system or en-
gine).
Power supply interrupted.
No or insufficient hydraulic oil.
Batteries discharged.
Hydraulic oil levels too low.
Air in the lifting system.
Leaky lowering valve.
Leaky pressure relief valve.
Clamped contactor.
Defective pulse generator.
Batteries discharged.
Faulty fuse.
Defective pulse generator.
Faulty switch in the handle.

Maintenance
Resolution
Replace the defective fuse.
Check the cable and replace it if
it is damaged.
Refill suitable hydraulic oil
(Model: HL 46)
Recharge the batteries.
Lower the drum lifter to the low-
est level and switch off the en-
gine. Then, fill hydraulic oil up to
the optimum level.
Open the valve screw on the lift-
ing cylinder.
Lower the drum lifter to the end
stop, then lower it. Disrupt
lowering multiple times and sud-
denly while doing so.
Lift the drum lifter to the end
stop, then briefly open and close
the pressure relief valve.
Replace the contactor.
Notify our After Sales Services of
the fault.
Recharge the batteries.
Replace the defective fuse.
Notify our After Sales Services of
the fault.
Replace the defective switch.
Recharge the batteries.
Notify our After Sales Services of
the fault.
