NOTICE
Waste oils are toxic and must not be allowed to enter the
environment! If necessary, contact the local authorities for
information on proper disposal.

▪ Now you can carefully remove the old
saw blade. Use cut-resistant gloves for
this.
▪ When inserting the new saw blade, first
insert it through the roller/bearings of
the saw blade guide. Then place the saw
blade over the two saw blade wheels.
ATTENTION: Make sure to insert the
new saw blade correctly! Remember in
which direction the teeth of the old saw
blade point!
▪ Now tension the saw blade with the
handwheel.
▪ The correct saw blade tension is
approximately achieved when the saw
blade can be deflected laterally by 3mm
with a force of 50N in the middle of the
cutting area.
▪ Turn a saw band wheel by hand and
check the tracking of the saw blade!
Normally the gear oil must be changed every
100 operating hours. Gearbox oil must also be
topped up after changing gears or oil loss.

The saw blade is guided. The saw blade
guide is preset for a saw blade of 0.9 mm
thickness. The saw blade guide can be
adjusted by loosening the screw. Make sure
that the bearings are in light contact with the
saw blade, then fix the screw (L).
