Solution
1. Turn off appliances and charging/discharging device
immediately.
2. Place a warning sign and inform others about the dan-
ger and direct them to stand at a safe distance.
3. Damaged betterPacks need special handling. Do not
send damaged betterPacks until you have contacted
the manufacturer and asked how to proceed. To find
the contact details,  see "2.4 If a product is broken"
on page 6.
