. Plug in the appliance again. Select and start the "Spin" program
or press the "Start/Pause" button for at least 3 seconds, then restart the program of your
choice. If the problem occurs again,
contact the after-sales service (see the After-sales service section).
C. Error code
The washing machine stops when the program is running. The display show the codes "F13",
"F14", "F24", other error codes ranging from "F04" to "F98" or "Unb".
If the error code F13 is displayed
The door is not properly locked. Run the program for 20 seconds and unlock the washing
machine door (PTC) to verify that the door is properly closed. Open the door and close it again.
Once the error has been eliminated, press the "Start/Pause" button. If the error occurs again,
disconnect the power supply and contact the after-sales service.
If the error code "F14" is displayed
Door opening error.
Proceed as follows: Press the "Start/Pause" button. The washing machine will try to open the
door. The alarm will not switch off until the door is unlocked. Or, press the "On/Off" button
to restart the washing machine, in order to switch off the alarm.
If the error code F24 is displayed
The water level has reached the overflow level.
Remove it by pressing the "Start/Pause" button and resupply with water.
Select the program you want and restart the cycle. If the error occurs again, disconnect the
power supply and contact the after-sales service.
If the other error codes from "F04" to "F98" are displayed
The electronic module has a fault.
Press the "On/Off" button for 3 seconds to turn off the machine.
Once the error has been eliminated, press the "Start/Pause" button. If the error occurs again,
disconnect the power supply and contact the after-sales service.
