4. Install the anti-sway bar (B), if applicable.

a) From the right side, put the 90° end of the
anti-sway bar (B) into the hole of the transaxle
bracket (C).
Note:
The transaxle bracket (C) may be
different from the illustration, but the hole for the
anti-sway bar is in the same position.
b) Pivot the integrated washer end of the anti-sway
bar (B) to the rear mower deck bracket on the
right side of mower deck.
c) Move the mower deck to put the integrated
washer end into the hole of the rear mower deck
bracket (D).
d) Install the small washer and small retainer spring
as shown.
5. Attach the side suspension arms for the mower deck
(E) to the chassis.

a) Put the hole in the suspension arm above the pin
(F) on the outer surface of the chassis.
b) Install the retainer spring.

c) Do steps A and B on the opposite side of the
product.
6. Attach the rear lift links (G).

a) Lift the rear corner of the mower deck.
b) Put the slot in the link assembly above the pin on
the rear mower deck bracket (H).
c) Install the washer and the retainer spring.
d) Do steps A to C on the opposite side of the
product.
7. Attach the front link (M). Do this on the left side of
the product.

a) Put the rod end that has a thread for the
link assembly through the front hole in the
suspension bracket (I).
b) Install the bushing (L) and loosely install the nut
(J) and jam nut (K).
c) Put the flat ends of the front link (M) into the slots
in the front mower deck bracket (N).
8. Examine the front height compared to the rear
height. If adjustment is necessary, refer to
the parallelism of the cutting deck on page 25 .
9. Install the drive belt for the mower deck onto the
electrical clutch pulley.
