Tips
Please note:
• The oven must always be preheated for 10 minutes before use.
• Always use the handle supplied (8) for removing the rack or oven tray.
• When setting the timer for less than 5 minutes, always turn the knob to 30 minutes
first before turning it back to the desired time.
• The result for frozen or other home bake bread depends to a large degree on the
thickness and weight of the bread. Don't set the temperature too high, and make
use of the heat above and below by placing the bread in the middle of the oven or
lower. The rack can also be fitted to the oven tray. The correct length of time should
be determined by experience. It depends on the condition of the bread (fresh/old/
frozen/thick/thin/brown etc)
• When grilling meat and sausages, always use the oven tray and put the meat in
aluminium foil to avoid splatters of fat.
• Always use the oven tray as well as the rack if crumbs, moisture or fat can fall from
the food being prepared.
• Cooking can always be stopped by turning the timer knob to '0'.
