6. PREPARATION:
Pre-operation check
DANGER
If any item checked during pre-operation is not working properly, have it inspected and
repaired before operating the generator.
The condition of a generator is the owner's responsibility. Vital components can start to
deteriorate quickly and unexpectedly, even if the generator unused.
TIP: Pre-operation checks should be made each time the generator is used.
Pre-operation check
Fuel
• Check fuel level in fuel tank.
• Refuel if necessary.
Engine oil
• Check oil level in engine.
• If necessary, add recommended oil to speci ed level.
• Check generator for oil leakage.
In case of abnormal operation
• Check operation.
• If necessary, consult an authorized dealer.
