The OMISA Weld Control 315 butt-welding system is de-
signed exclusively for welding components made of thermo-
plastic material using the butt-welding process with heating
element. Its development, manufacture, and checking were
performed with a view to superior operation safety and us-
er-friendliness. The system was manufactured and checked
according to state-of-the-art technology and widely recog-
nized safety provisions.
To ensure maximum operation safety, please conform to the
appropriate messages on intended use in this booklet and
the rules for the prevention of accidents. Errors of handling
or misuse may expose the following to hazards:
• the operator's health,
• the product and other assets of the operating entity,
• the efficient work of the product.
All persons involved in the installation, operation, mainte-
nance, and service of the product have to:-
• be properly qualified,
• operate the product only when observed,
