Air prefilter
1. Release the cap and remove the prefilter;
2. Blow the filter with compressed air until it gets
completely clean;
3. Place the prefilter and close the cap.
Air filter
1. Remove the butterfly nut and the filter cap;
2. Remove the butterfly nut and the air filter;
3. Blow the filter with compressed air until it gets
completely clean;
4. Place the air filter and assemble the other components
in the reverse order of disassembly.
Air filter with oil
1. Close the fuel tap;
2. Release the grip tabs, remove the filter cup and the filter;
3. Blow the filter with compressed air until it gets
completely clean;
4. Add 80ml of oil (15W40);
5. Place the filter and assemble the other components in
the reverse order of disassembly.
To ensure proper engine operation, the spark plug must be
clean and with adequate clearance between the electrodes.
1. Remove the pipe and check if the spark plug is clean;
2. Measure the distance between the electrodes with
proper tools. The distance must be between 0.7-0.8 mm.
If necessary, fold the electrode until it has the right
clearance;
3. Place the spark plug and tighten it firmly. Not doing so
may damage the engine;
4. If the spark plug doesn't spark it must be replaced.
To tighten/loosen de spark plug use the spark plug
wrench given.

1. Release the fixing screw from the throttle cable;
2. Pull or relieve the throttle cable according to the desired
adjustment;
3. Tighten the throttle cable fixing screw while holding the
cable on the desired position.
To adjust the traction, there are 3 adjusting screws. The
screw attached to the traction knob, the screw attached to
the traction lever and the screw placed in the middle of the
cable (more accurate adjustment).
