Will O3 Washer remove the moldy smell in my
washing machine?
The moldy smell coming from your washing machi-
ne is mold growing in the rubber gaskets. Laundry
detergent builds up and when you leave your
washing machine door closed, mold forms.
O3 Washer does several things to remove the mold.
First of all, it reduces your need for detergent. When
you eliminate or significantly reduce your detergent
amount, the mold buildup never begins. Secondly,
the ozone from O3 Washer kills the mold already in
the washing machine every time you run a cycle.
The black stains on your rubber gaskets may
remain, but the mold will be eliminated. Your clothes
and washing machine will smell fresh when you use
O3 Washer regularly and reduce or eliminate your
use of laundry detergent.

Does O3 Washer kill bacteria and mold?
Yes, O3 Washer was tested by two independent
laboratories and was proven to kill 99.9% of
bacteria.
Is activated oxygen safe?
Absolutely! The active oxygen from O3 Washer is
inserted directly into the washing machine water
and dissipates after 20 minutes. Active oxygen is
the same gas that is produced by the earth when
pollution rises, created to clean the air. It will smell
like you've just stepped outside after a summer
rainstorm. It's nature's way of cleaning!
Is O3 Washer safe for my delicate clothes?
Yes! O3 Washer is safe and more gentle on your
delicate clothes than detergent.
We always recommend that you follow the
guidelines provided by your clothing manufacturer
just as you would with laundry detergent. O3
Washer is an excellent solution for washing delicate
clothing because it uses cold water and cleans
without the use of harsh chemicals.
Is O3 Washer safe for my washer?
Yes! O3 Washer actually helps keep your washer
clean from bacteria and mold. The activated oxygen
produced by O3 Washer is perfectly safe for your
washer and plumbing system.

How do I know that O3 Washer is working
correctly?
The best way to tell that O3 Washer is working is by
observing the following:

Does O3 Washer beep when you plug it in?

Is the blue light coming on when O3 Washer has
water running through it?

Are there bubbles flowing in the water that can
be seen through the window?
If one of these actions are not happening, please
contact our support team to get the most out of your
O3 Washer system. Please note that if there is a red
light in the viewing window (at the center of the unit)
instead of a blue light, this does not mean that you
need to replace the desiccant dryer cartridge.
You should contact our support team to determine
the cause of the red light. The beads within the
desiccant dryer cartridge will turn from blue to pink
in color when the cartridge needs replaced. You can
view the beads on the left side of O3 Washer.
WARRANTY:
How long will O3 Washer last?
O3 Washer has been cycle tested to exceed 10+
years of operation. There are a couple environmen-
tal factors that can affect the life cycle of your O3
Washer:

High mineral content in your water. If you have
well water or hard water, O3 Washer's internal
plumbing may become clogged because of
excessive sediment or iron in the water. A pre-fil-
ter or water softener is suggested if you are
aware of any of these water quality issues. In
fact, all of your household appliances would
benefit from the addition of a household pre-filter
or water softener.
