Cleaning and maintenance
• WARNING! Do not dispose used cooking oil directly in
the household waste, or pour it down the drains, sinks
or toilets. It can block your household pipes. Check with
your local authorities for the proper method of disposal.
Cleaning or replacing the filter
The oil filter (replacement not included) should be changed every 12 months.
Using a pair of pliers, lift up the four clips and remove the filter cover.
Remove the mesh filter.
Insert a new mesh filter or a clean and completely dry one. Make sure the filter piece
rests in the recess.
Fasten the four clips back down on top of the filter cover to secure it into place.
Storage
• Always check the unit is unplugged and has cooled completely
before putting it away.
• Store the unit in a clean, cool and dry place. Avoid exposure to
direct sunlight.
• Store the unit out of the reach of babies, children and pets.
• Keep the original packaging to store the unit when you are not
going to use it for a long period of time.
