to the left decreases the microphone sensitivity, and turning to

Cleaning the Voice Gun
Molded parts of the Voice Gun electronic megaphone are made
of exceptionally tough and rugged material. When cleaning
molded parts, use a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do Not use
solvent or strong cleaning agents.
Replacing the Batteries
Power is supplied by eight AA batteries. At least 1500 to 3000
ten-second messages should be expected from one set of
batteries. It is recommended that batteries be replaced yearly,
even if the unit is still functioning. For longer shelf life and much
longer operating life, alkaline batteries are recommended.
To replace the batteries:
1. Apply slight pressure with your thumb against the battery
cartridge at the bottom of the handle.
2. Remove the locking thumb screw. If it is tight, the screw may
be started with a thin coin.
