1.1.1.1
Electrical design:
Connect the cleaner to the electrical network. If any valve installed, open it complettly. Now
start the frequency converter (watch out: operating instructions by the manufacturer) at a fre-
quency of about 10 Hz.
2. Starting the conveyor
Start the grain conveyor (watch out: operating instructions by the manufacturer). The mass
flow rate should not exceed 120% of the desired mass flow rate of the cleaner.
3. Cleaning quality
Using a control valve:
Assess the quality of your cleaner. If too much grain particles are discharged (i.e., in cyclone)
you can now start to close the throttle until setting the desired degree of purification.
If too little cleaned out, you can open the throttle slowly until the desired degree of purification
is set.
Electrical design:
Assess the quality of your cleaner and increase or decrease the fan speed with your frequency
converter
Increase in the First Commissioning the speed in small increments (~ 3 ... 5 Hz). After the first
time you can start with the last speeds.
4. After the cleaning
Standard version:
Turn off the fan.
Electrical design:
After cleaning off the cleaner by the frequency converter is switched off again (watch out: op-
erating instructions by the manufacturer).
8 Maintenance and Repair
Generally speaking, only maintenance or repair when the cleaner was separated from the
electrical network.
