Switching on the gantry lamp module
If the heated well is equipped with a gantry lamp module, this is electri-
cally wired to the heated well.
If the on/off switch of a heated well is switched on, the infrared lamp
above it is automatically switched on too. The gantry lamp module
is switched on independently of the power control. When the power
control is on level 0 the gantry lamp module is on and the heated well
is off. The power of the gantry lamp module cannot be regulated.

Loading heated wells

Appliance damage
Do not place objects on the access door of the appliance. If the load
is too heavy, the appliance may be damaged.
Cover the containers
Cover the food containers in the wells with suitable
lids to reduce the temperature loss of the food.
Switching on the gantry lamp module
Food loses heat via the surface. Switch on the gantry
lamp module above the heated well to reduce the
temperature loss of the food.
1.
Open the access door.
2.
Slide the food container in.
3.
Close the access door.
