Maintenance / repair
NOTICE! Only approved specialists authorised by the operator may undertake
maintenance and repair work.
Check all screwed connections
Check the wheelie bin tipper locking parts and joints for ease of movement and if necessary lubricate with
commercially-available grease.
Regular inspections are to be carried out at least once a year by a qualified employee of the operator.
In the event of damage or particular incidents that could influence load capacity, and after repairs, an
additional inspection by a qualified employee of the operator is to be carried out.
Prior cleaning of the wheelie bin tipper may be necessary before a visual and operational inspection.
The scope of the visual inspection and operational inspection covers fissures, deformities, cracks, damage,
wear, corrosion damage and operational faults of the wheelie bin tipper.
An inspection report log is to be compiled and kept by the operator as proof that the checks have been
carried out.
If there are visible deformities and damage, heavy wear of screws and screw guides, the wheelie bin tipper
must no longer be used.

Disposal
Before disposing of the product, it must be thoroughly cleaned of any liquid residue. Burning and cutting work may
only be carried out outside of Ex zones.

Do not dispose of the product in a normal household waste
bin; observe the relevant national regulations.
2.
Send components in different materials for professional
recycling in accordance with national regulations.
