1. Once the submerged pump in placed in the location
where it will create suction, you can connect the power
cable (5);
2. Keep raising the float switch (1) until the pump starts;
3. To stop the pump, lower the float.
1. Once the submerged pump in placed in the location
where it will create suction, you can connect the power
cable (5);
2. The pump will start when the float (1) reaches the
maximum level set for the pump to start automatically;
3. The pump shuts off when the float reaches the minimum
level set for the pump to stop.
This submersible pump does not require any maintenance,
however, if the pump is installed permanently, it should be
checked regularly to ensure that it is kept in perfect working
order and has a long lifespan.
Every 3 months:
▪ Check that the float switch is operational;
▪ Clean the pump and float switch (1) using running water;
▪ Clean the location where the pump applies suction,
remove any mud that has accumulated at the bottom
and clean the walls if necessary.
When using the pump as a portable pump, clean it with
running water after each use.
Before cleaning your pump, ensure it is unplugged.
In the event a turbine gets blocked due to the accumulation
of debris, wires or fibers, remove the suction base and clean
the inside of the pump.
1. Loosen the screws that hold it in place, and remove the
suction base (8);
2. Clean the turbine and turbine chamber with running
water;
3. Replace the suction base. Tighten the screws that hold it
in place.
For your own safety, if either the turbine or electrical parts
of the pump (power cord or plug and switch) need to be
repaired, these operations should only be performed by
qualified technicians.
