Effect
There are drops of water on the
air outlet grille.
The appliance leaks water while
operating in cooling mode.
The appliance makes too much
noise.
Cause
In situations of high relative
ambient humidity (>60%) it is
possible for there to be
problems with condensation,
especially at minimum
The condensation drainage tray
is blocked.
The condensation drainage does
not have the required angle for
correct drainage.
The connection pipes and valve
units are not properly insulated.
The fan is touching the
structure.
The fan is off balance.
Check the cleanness of the
filters.
Remedy
As soon as relative humidity star-
ts to go down, the problem disap-
pears. In any case, any drops of
water inside the appliance are not
an indication of malfunctioning.
Slowly pour a bottle of water into
the bottom part of the battery to
check the drainage; if necessary,
clean the tray and/or improve the
slope of the drainage pipe.
Check the insulation on the pipes.
Check the state of the filters and
clean if necessary.
Contact the assistance centre.
Clean the filters.
