Tabletop Countdown Timer Instructions
1. Time Set Button: Press this button to select the desired countdown time.
2. LCD Display: When setting the timer, the display will show the selected time.
During count down, the display will show remaining time until off.
3. Power Indicator light:
On: Timer is plugged in but power is off to lamp / device.
Off: Lamp / Device is powered on and timer is counting down.
4. Time Set Locking Switch: When switch is set to "open"
button can be used to set/reset the timer. When set to "lock" the timer
cannot be set/reset. Previously set program will continue to run when set to
"lock" .
Setting the Timer
With each button, pressing the countdown time will increase and will display
as Minutes (1, 2, 5, 10, 15, 30), or Hours (1H to 9H). If button is pressed
after 9H is selected, the display will show 00, and power to the light/device
will be turned off. To set the countdown time, press the button until the
desired time is shown on the display. The time will flash 3 times, indicating
the time has been selected, and the LED will turn off, and the powered
device will turn on.
Count Down (Timer) Mode
During countdown, the display will show the above values in descending
order. 9H will be displayed if the time left is between 9 hours and 8 hours.
After 1 hour has passed, the timer will read 8H. This will continue on
throughout the countdown cycle, with the display reading the last hour
setting that has passed. When below 1 hour of the time remaining, the
display will read the actual number of minutes left. The display will continue
to count down with 01 showing for the last minute before the light/device
turns off. After light/device is off, the display will show 00. During
countdown, the display will blink of and on every few seconds to indicate
that the timer is functioning correctly.
