Do not throw away in the environment.
During disposal of the pump, please comply
rigorously with the regulations in force in your country,
making sure that residues of the treated liquid are not left
inside the pump. Most of pumps do not contain hazardous
polluting material.
Information on the disposal of electric and electronic
equipment in compliance with directive 2012/19/UE
(RAEE).
Warning: do not use the normal house trash bin to dispose
of this product. Used electric and electronic equipment
must be handled separately and in compliance with the
regulations relating to the treatment, recovery and
recycling of the said products. In accordance with the
regulations applied in the member States, private users
resident in the EU can take used electric and electronic
equipment free of charge to designated collection centers.
If you experience difficulties in locating an authorized
disposal center, consult the dealer from whom you
purchased the product. The national regulations provide
sanctions against whoever unlawfully disposes of or
abandons waste of electric or electronic equipment.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
CAUTION! ALWAYS FOLLOW THE SAFETY REGULATIONS!
SPECIALIZED PERSONNEL: The electrical installation
must be carried out by skilled electrician who assumes
all the responsability.
ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY: The product
has been tested under one of the typical conditions of
use in accordance with the EC Declaration of Conformity
standards. Experience has shown, however, that
significant variations in EMC noise levels can occur by
changing the length of the cables , their section, their
location, etc. If interference with other equipment
occurs, install noise reduction filters.
Connection
Follow the wiring diagram shown in "Annex A" Pic. 1.
As regards electrical connection, please refer to the
inverter manual.
Ensure that mains voltage and frequency match
those specified in the inverter manual and that it is
possible to make a good earth connection.
It is recommended to provide a specific power line
for the connection of the system.
Always install a magnetothermal residual current
device with a sensitivity of 0,03A upstream from the
inverter.
The electrical installation must have a switch with at
least a 3mm. opening between contacts.
Provide the installation of a motor protection switch
between the pump and the inverter.
Switch off the power supply upstream of the system
before performing the electrical wiring of the inverter and
of the pump.
The electrical connections must be protect against
humidity. If there is any risk of flooding, the connections
must be moved to a protect area.
Pump power cord
The electropump is supplied with the power cord for
the connection to the inverter. The connection is type "Y",
according to regulation CEI EN 60335‐2‐41, therefore any
damage would require its replacement rather than its
repair.
In case of damage to the pump cord, it should be
replaced by the manufacturer, its technical assistance
service or a similarly qualified person, in order to prevent
any risk.
Where it is necessary to extend the power supply
cord of the pump, it should be checked that it is of an
appropriate quality and section compared to its length
and to the power of the motor (please, see "Annex X" Pic.
2). The cable length must be at least like the immersion
depth increased by + 3m. The connection must be made
in a workmanlike manner by qualified personnel and with
materials ensuring perfect isolation between the
conductors, tightness and waterproofness over time.
Inverter power cord
Check that the cord used to power the inverter is of an
appropriate quality and section compared to its length and
to the power absorbed (please, see "Annex A", Pic. 2).
Checking direction of rotation
The correct direction of rotation is indicated on the data
plate of the pump near the the impeller location.

INSTALLATION
SKILLED TECHNICAL PERSONNEL: The installation
must be carried out by skiled personnel in possession of
the technical qualifications required by the specific
legislation in force. The term "skilled personal" means
persons whose training, experience and instruction, as
well as their knowledge of the respective standards and
requirements for accident prevention and working
conditions, have been approved by the person in charge
of plant safety, authorizing them to perform all the
necessary activities, during which they are able to
recognize and avoid all dangers. (Definition IEC 364).
Installation
Follow the assembly diagram shown in "Annex A" Pic.
1.
If the pump is installed horizontally (e.g. in a tub) it
should be inserted into a cooling jacket.
Before dunking the electropump in the well or tank,
ensure that the place is free from sand or solid sediment.
The pump must never be leaning against the bottom
of the well. To prevent this situation, hang up the pump
and run a cable through its upper handle.
Introduce into the delivery pipe an expansion
vessel, which is intended to compensate any leakage and
to prevent continuous stops/restarts of the pump that
may lead to damages.
The volume of the expansion vessel should be about
10 % of the max. flow rate required (e.g. max. flow rate
60 l/min, use a vessel of at least 6 l). The pre‐charge
pressure should be around 1bar lower than the operating
pressure (e.g. operating pressure 3 bar, pre‐charge
pressure of the vessel 2 bar).
Never lift or transport the electropump using the
power cord or the delivery pipe. Only use the handle,
applying a rope or a chain on it. Lift the electropump with
suitable means according to its weight and size.
